From a spankee’s perspective, I HATE being told to take my knickers down, I’d much rather the top do that for me!!!!

I genrally leave it up to the bottom, unless they ask me to take them down. Usually they come done when they are otk.

I find both methods equally embarrassing for the spankee, so I'm happy either way

Depends on the situation and the person, if I am baring thief bottom I am taking control and enforcing my authority to the situation, sometimes though it is better to order the spanked to bare their own bottom as it adds to the embarrassment and submission to the spanking.
