I agree, but also because there is a certain level of embarrassment to someone seeing your knickers, when you feel your skirt lifted like that, it just makes me shiver! I've always felt vulnerable as a girl. Boys have the luxury of trousers, or shorts, but for a girl it's different, it's only a dress or skirt and then they can see your knickers, and that is so scary, especially when you are young.
