Guys. Bad news I'm afraid. We have 19 going and 14 maybes. Some have pid, most have not. If I don;t get the money in by Monday March 12th I am going to have to cancel and refund. I'm not happy about doing this but I can't afford to cover the shortfall. Those who have paid I thank you muchly, and will refund if we have to cancel. Sorry to crack the whip but there is no alternative. I need fifteen payments in by Monday please

I've chipped in my £20 and hope you go ahead, although I'm not certain to make it because of a possible work commitment.
If it falls short of "critical mass" - maybe a re-date in the summer?

It's happening folks. Thanks to @House_of_SL2 for being so understanding and helpful. Hopefully I'll be amongst you on the 23rd. There is still time to buy tickets and still time to donate to the site. £20 buys hosting for a month, £10 pays for the site firewall and £5 backs up the site in case hackers get through and we have to start again. But I repeat, the party is ON!

I have just updated the info sheet witrh details of how to find the venue. I won't pubblish the address here, you should have it. The venue is number 8b - set back off the road, between La Villetta and the opticians. It is two minutes walk from the car park listed. Please wear day clothes and change in the venue, or play clothes under a long coat.

Thanks to all who attended our First Birthday Party yesterday. You made it an absolute blast.I never take the fact that you get on trains and planes to get together for granted and am blessed to have such a great bunch of friends old and new.
