I did have a birching from Birchington once. Not many have had that treat. Under careful observation by Cally, the maker if the Birches. Brilliant marks but very stingy

Unfortunately I do not have a birching horse, but have made many bundles of birch rods in my time. I’m told it feels like 1000s of pin pricks initially then the deep heat builds as the strokes are added.

Quite a few fun afternoons and evenings have been enjoyed at Whitby parties exploring this activity.

Your knight could be in the dungeon or out hawking lol
Having worked in a castle for ten years doing murder mystery evenings and medieval banquets I know what knights get up to!
