Ooof,I have that boots bathbrush - it's brutalcassie darling wrote: ↑Thu Oct 26, 2023 8:34 pm Erm after further research
After further research - well ok I have seen a couple of YouTube videos ( shout out to Princess Kelly) a lot of wooden hairbrushes are actually bamboo and like using it as a cane, the risk is it cracking or breaking and leaving the person on the oucher end of the hairbrush could end up having a potentially embarrassing problem of splinters in the ouch area.
She recommended Kent brushes for good quality wooden brushes
https://kentbrushes.com/
and a bath-brush from Boots

I hope this further info helps.

Not really got any expertise in this area. But it seems unlikely anyone would end up with splinters.
I have heard of canes breaking but they are a much less stable shape. And no mention of splinters.
I didn't even get splinters after my birching.
But probably lots more people on here with more knowledge than me.
If you start gently and build up? As good a place to start as any

There is something you should realise. There are no women like me. I am unique. That makes me rather dangerous.

Keep an eye out in charity shops for “clothes brushes”, my entire collection of spanking brushes are from there.
Most modern hair brushes are thinner in the target zone because of how the plastic bit with the bristles fit in.
